Acceptance

By creating an account or using Credithero, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Credithero provides

Credithero offers educational credit guidance, self-reported health scoring, reminders, learning content, and AI-powered explanations tailored to information you provide. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, keeping your login secure, and using the service in compliance with applicable laws. Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or submit harmful or abusive content through AI features.

AI features

Responses from the AI Coach and AI Tools are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are for educational purposes only. You should verify important decisions with qualified professionals and avoid sharing sensitive identifiers in prompts.

No credit bureau relationship

Credithero does not pull your credit report from Equifax, TransUnion, or other bureaus unless we explicitly state otherwise in the future. Scores and account details you see are based on what you enter or estimate.

Availability

We aim to keep Credithero available and improving, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and we may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Credithero is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for decisions you make based on educational content or AI output, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
